1. Will my laptop fit?

2. How do I purchase a bag online?

You can complete your purchase online using G-cash (Globe Cash), bank deposit or Paypal.

To register for g-cash please visit http://www.myglobe.com.ph/gcash/faqs.asp.

For payments via credit card, you will be directed to the Paypal site for secure online payment processing.

For payments by bank deposit, you need to scan the deposit slip and email it to info@redvanillabags.com. Redvanilla will not ship your order until we receive a copy of the deposit slip. If we do not receive it within 3 working days of placing the order, we will cancel the order.

3. The bag I want is not available. Is there a way for me to reserve a bag?

While we don't reserve bags for customers, you can email us at info@redvanillabags.com so we can alert you once the item you want is in stock. Alternatively you can contact or visit our retailers to purchase your bag directly from them.

Delivery

1. How long does it take to deliver a bag purchased online?

Delivery within Metro Manila will typically take 2 to 3 days. For deliveries outside Metro Manila please allow 3 to 5 days.

2. What are the shipping rates?

There are fixed shipping rates for purchases made online, as follows:

Within Metro Manila - FREE
Within Luzon, outside Metro Manila - PhP 100.00
Visayas - PhP 200.00
Mindanao - PhP 300.00

3. Do you ship outside the Philippines?

Yes we do. Please visit our International Site to place your order.

Order Cancellation, Returns and Repairs

1. Order Cancellation

Orders that have been placed with Redvanilla may not be canceled once the shipping process has begun. Orders may not be canceled for any reason after three business days of receipt of the initial e-mail order confirmation. Orders paid for via credit card or Paypal may not be canceled for any reason.
